OUR POLICY:

We at Physical Therapy Arts, P.C. agree to provide the highest quality personalized, one-on-one physical therapy treatment we are capable of providing. We request that you be prompt for your appointments and honor our 24-hour notice of cancellation policy. In the event of a dispute with your insurance company or other responsible party over reimbursement for your physical therapy treatment, we will advocate for you to the best of our abilities and resources, but it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the terms of your insurance plan.
